Seven bug fixes and eight new features. Most important bug fix was the last one to do with the delayed dispatcher.

If you have enabled to have not send emails immediately but you instead let a cronjob run the dispatcher and send all unsent emails a nasty bug could appear where it would send and send and send again if one the issues or followups had been deleted. Very few should be affected by this fortunately.

Another important fix was to do with the Always notify feature. If you had a username in there called "chris" and there is another user in the system called "chris2" he would be notified too. Again very unlikely but worth upgrading for.

The coolest new feature is the "log" of issue detail changes. If you change anything about an issue, you can later see what changes have been made. This can come in very handy when you have many people working in an issuetracker and you want to know what changes they make if they're not just adding a normal followup.
