A new bugfixed release of CheckoutableTemplates. Just one little bugfix but it might be important to some of you.

The bug was that checked out templates when called from Python code with keyword arguments, the keywords arguments weren't passed to the template if it was checked out. In other words it worked differently checked out which was incorrect.

This could effect people who have checked out AddIssue.zpt and QuickAddIssue.zpt because when checked out the submission error wouldn't show if you for example tried to add an issue without a subject line.
