This is mainly a bug fix release (12 bug fixes, 5 new features) where the possibly most important bug fix is that the IssueTrackerProduct is now fully working on Zope 2.8.0 which at the time of writing is the "current stable version" on zope.org.
Another interesting bug fix is that finally it's possible to change the details of an issue after it has been submitted (assuming you have the permission). This is a feature that has accidently disappeared but the property that controls it was still left when the first 0.6 version was released.
An important bug fix is in place if you use slimmer to optimize the output XHTML. Without this bugfix the AJAX features on filter options and deletion of drafts could stop working.
The SpamBayes protection on the inbound email has had a serious bug fix when it happened that the header key was passed to the email parser in lower case. Now the anti-spam feature deals with this case-insensitively.
