Adding new sections

A new feature has been added for the next release that makes it possible to add a new section in Add Issue instead of being restricted to the current options.
By default, this feature is switched off. If you go in and look for the "Allow adding new sections" property in the Properties tab you will be able to switch it on.
When you have this feature enabled to can revisit the Add Issue page and there should be a smallish "new?" link near the "Section(s):" label. When you click it, a new option appears for a new section.
Once you've added an issue with a new section that new section option will be forever remembered until you change the "Section options" list in the Properties tab. That new section will be added to the bottom of the list of sections for consecutive new issues or the filter options.
There is no permission requirements on this option at this moment. I hope to get some feedback from daring users of this new feature for how people think it should work.
