Configure the menu

Finally the Configure the menu management screen is finished. With this you can change what items appear in the tabbed menu and the links at the bottom of each screen.
This management form isn't going to win any usability awards but it works at least. If you want to change any of the wording or perhaps you want to add a link to something completely different, now you can.
This feature will be available in the next release after 0.7.1 which at the time of writing this, isn't available yet. Having this new feature means that Kosmas won't have to write a monkey patch after all.
