Issues by status bar chart

On the Statistics page there is a now a bar chart showing how issues are distributed by status.
This new feature makes it possible to quickly see which status is the predominant one. If you have a large bar on the "Open" status you'd better start working harder. If you have a large bar on the "Completed" status you've been a good issue resolver :) Bar charts are brilliant for quickly grasping the difference between certain groups. Obviously this isn't a decision making piece of statistics; it's more a "cute" additional piece of information that can give the user some hints on the issuetracker's progress.
The list of statuses that issues can have is naturally sorted which is being used on the Statistics page, but just because they're sorted doesn't mean that the first means "no work done" and the last "all work done". "Taken" is obviously more progress than "Open", but if an issue is "Rejected" it does actually mean that no more work needs to be done on that issue. If one could work out a way to give weighting scores for each status one would be able to give a single value for how an issuetracker is progressing, which is something that several people have asked for.
For now, let's start with this new bar chart feature. (min. version 0.6.10)
