No more URL field (sort of)

For a very long time, the Add Issue page has had a URL field which you had to have. I've noticed how rarely this this used so I decided to remove it.
Actually, it will only disappear on new instances you set up or if you go in to the Properties, Advanced tab and uncheck the option for it. The reason for this backward compatability is that it's worse to surprise people than it is to make things simpler.
The URL field is a "remnant" of the SiteTracker which is what the IssueTrackerProduct used to be called when it's intended use was for website bug/issue tracking. Nobody uses it, and if you really have a one URL that is so important, you can just paste in the URL inside the description of the issue. (On the Real Issue Tracker only 5% use this field and many of those are not necessary)
