Zope 2.8.0 support

The IssueTrackerProduct is now compatible with Zope 2.8.0 which a lot of people have reported having problems with.
Caveat: you have to press the "Update Everything" button on each IssueTrackerProduct instance after installation.
The new code is not yet released as a gzipped package here on issuetrackerproduct.com but for the eager ones it's available in CVS It would of course be valuable to hear from some people if they too manage to install the IssueTrackerProduct now on their Zope 2.8 installations. Hint hint :) With some feedback like that a new release won't be long.
